List of Whistleblowing Hotlines in Each Country and Region and Establishment of a "Global Matter Board"
In accordance with the Yazaki Group Code of Conduct Handbook, we "will comply with the laws, regulations, and international standards of conduct in each country and region where we operate, both inside and outside the workplace. We will also behave with discretion in accordance with the Yazaki Group Code of Conduct, internal rules, corporate ethics, and social norms." To enhance transparency and reliability in our corporate activities, we are publishing a list of whistleblowing hotlines in each country and region. We encourage all of you who work in Yazaki to make use of this list. It is also open to business partners and members of the local community. If you have concerns about legal violations, fraud, harassment, or other issues including Human rights issue, please feel free to contact us.
Next, to enhance the reliability and consistency of our reporting system, we have established a new "Global Matter Board" at our headquarters in Japan. This board will oversee the operation of the whistleblowing hotlines in each country and region and coordinate and collaborate as necessary.
In addition, this Global Matter Board organization will take actions for the cases that are difficult to handle in each country or region as well as for global cases in a unified manner. This will ensure the sound operation of the entire system.

In accordance with the laws and regulations of each country and region and the "Global Compliance Policy" internal rules, the whistleblowing system in each country and region strictly maintains confidentiality of the whistleblower and the contents of the whistleblower’s report. And any unfavorable treatment or retaliation for the reason of whistleblowing is strictly prohibited. Also, the soundness of the whistleblowing system is ensured by the Board.
