Mission
The Board shall perform the following duties
(1)Activities that contribute to improving transparency and reliability
Supervising the operation of reporting channels in each country and region
Conducting on-site patrols and interviews
Other related tasks deemed necessary for improving transparency and reliability
(2)Collecting information and taking actions regarding Global Matters
A Global Matter is one that falls under any of the following categories and requires a global response
Issues that each region cannot handled* or issues that should not be left to each region
Issues that must be dealt with globally
This Board will take the lead in dealing with these cases and will take appropriate action in cooperation with related departments and regions as necessary.
