We have technology to thank for the many improvements
in our lives, but there is still a great deal to be done. Much of our lives remain
untouched by innovation. Yazaki research and development has taken a multi-faceted
approach to seeking out society's needs, and developing the best products to meet
them. Thirteen research and development offices are divided among the Yazaki Technical
Center, the Air-Conditioning Research & Development Center of the Energy Environment
Sector, and the Automotive Research and Development Division of the Automotive
Sector.
At the nucleus of the entire Group's pursuit of the future is the Yazaki Technical
Center (YTC), the collective research and development facility. YTC conducts fundamental
research into new technology, materials and design. With a clear vision of the
future of the automotive industry, the Automotive Research and Development Division
is the driving force behind research and development of pioneering automotive
electronics, instrumentation, wiring harness and optical fiber technology. The
Air-Conditioning Research & Development Center conducts research and development
in the fields of solar energy and environmental related products, Yazaki's innovative
and versatile research and development divisions are forever challenging the limits
of technology. |
