Portable Document Format, or PDF, is
a product of Adobe
Systems
Incorporated in the US. PDF, generally
recognized as the open standard for electronic
document distribution worldwide, is a universal
file format that preserves the look and feel of
the original document complete with fonts, colors,
images, and layout, regardless of the application
and platform used to create it. PDF files
are compact and can be shared, viewed, and published
anywhere : in print, attached to e-mail, on network
servers, or posted on web sites. Anyone with Acrobat
Reader software can view and print
PDF files from any computer, no matter
what platform, software applicaton versions, or
fonts are installed on the user's system. PDF
files display and print exactly as they were created
in their original authoring application.
Our intention in distributing the YAZAKI GRAPHIC
STANDARD in PDF rather than in printed
form is to provide the most up to date information
swiftly and accurately to Yazaki Group operations
